Sunscape Fontana Sunrooms & Patios, fontanasunroomsandpatios.com, office@fontanasunroomsandpatios.com

Using this site and these terms

These terms cover your use of the Sunscape Fontana Sunrooms & Patios website, starting with our home page, and any estimate or work you ask us for through it. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to them, so if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

When we sign a written contract with you for a job, that contract controls the work. If anything on this page conflicts with your contract, the contract wins.

What we do

We're a sunroom contractor in Fontana, CA, building sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homeowners in Fontana and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our About page.

The descriptions, photos and examples on this site show the kind of work we do. They aren't an offer for your job, because every house is different, and what we build for you is set by your estimate and contract.

Estimates and pricing

Quotes are free, given on site and carry no obligation. We look at your house, your slab or deck, how the new room ties into your roof and what you plan to use it for, because those things set the price.

An estimate holds for the period written on it. If we open up the job and find something nobody could see beforehand, such as damage behind the siding or a slab that can't carry the room, we'll show you and agree on a written change before we go on.

Any general price information on this site is a guide only and isn't a quote for your house.

Scheduling, delays and cancellation

We set your start date with you and confirm it before the crew arrives. Weather, material deliveries, permit and inspection timing, and changes you ask for can move the schedule, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.

If you need to reschedule, call us as early as you can. Your written contract spells out your cancellation rights, including any right to cancel that California law gives you after signing, and any cost for materials already ordered for your job.

Payment

Your contract sets the price, any deposit, the payment schedule and the ways you can pay. Payments are tied to the work completed, so you can see what each one covers.

If a payment due under the contract goes unpaid, we may pause work until it's settled, and any late charges are only the ones the contract describes.

Warranties

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written into your contract, and it covers what it says. Windows, panels, roofing and other products carry their maker's warranty on the maker's own terms, and we hand that paperwork to you when the job is done.

Apart from those written warranties, this website and its content are provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep the site accurate, but we don't promise it's complete, current or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent California law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website or from relying on its general information instead of advice about your own house.

Our responsibility for work we perform is set by your contract and by law. Nothing on this page takes away rights the law doesn't let a business limit.

If something goes wrong

If you're unhappy with any part of the job, tell us first. Call (909) 346-1870 or reach us through our Contact page, and we'll come out, look at it and try to put it right.

If we can't settle it between us, either side may take it to mediation or to the courts in San Bernardino County, California, unless your contract sets a different process.

Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute about this website or our work, are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here applies from the day it goes up. An update doesn't change a contract you've already signed with us.

If you have a question about these terms, use our Contact page or call (909) 346-1870, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 9 PM.
