About our sunroom contracting company in Fontana
Why I build rooms the way I do
I spent years running the schedule for a busy construction company before I learned to build the rooms myself, and I started this business in 2013. A good schedule turned out to be half the job. The other half took a while longer to learn. Today we're a sunroom contractor in Fontana, best known for sunrooms and patio enclosures that are planned all the way through before anyone picks up a tool.
Most calls come from homeowners in Fontana who want more use out of a patio or deck. I still do every walkthrough and estimate myself, and our own crew does the building. What I care about most is that nobody gets surprised, not by the price, not by the city and not by a room that doesn't work the way you pictured it. I'd rather have the hard conversation at your kitchen table than in the middle of the job. You can see the sunrooms and patio rooms we build on our home page, and when you're ready for me to come look at yours, call (909) 346-1870 or use our contact page.

What working with us is like
The whole job, planned first
Before anyone picks up a tool, you'll know what happens next and why. We settle the big choices early, like heating and cooling, because changing your mind on paper costs a lot less than changing it after the walls are up.
A quote you can compare
We check your slab or deck before we price the room, so the number isn't built on a guess. Your written quote lists what's included and what isn't, so you can hold it next to any other bid and compare line by line.
Permits pulled in our name
When a job needs a permit, we pull it as the contractor and handle the drawings, the inspections and the back and forth with the city or county office, with the review time built into the schedule from the start. The city's permit rules say an owner who pulls a permit for a contractor's work takes on the liability for it, which is exactly why we don't ask you to sign for ours.
Licensed, insured and set up to work here
Licensed and fully insured
We're licensed and fully insured, and our own crew does the building. When a room calls for electrical or heating and cooling work, we bring in licensed trades for that part of the job.
Fontana business license
The city requires every business working inside Fontana's city limits to hold a city business license, even when it's based somewhere else, and that license renews every year. It's a fair question to ask any contractor you're comparing.
